TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mga Tuntunin at Kondisyon


(1) Ang iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. ay:
a. Nagbibigay ng serbisyo ng WASH, DRY, o FOLD batay sa batch at hindi sa bilang ng piraso ng labahin.
b. May karapatan na HINDI magbigay ng serbiyso kung ang labahin ay nangangailangan ng espesyal na pangangasiwa na di ukol sa laundry machines, o maaaring makasira o maka-baba ng kalidad ng serbisyo.
c. HINDI mananagot para sa anumang pinsalang natamo dahil sa natural na epekto ng washer, dryer, sabon, o anumang produkto na ginamit sa labahin. Upang maiwasan ang mga ganitong insidente, mangyaring suriin o basahin ang nakasaad sa etiketa ng mga labahin at mga produkto na gagamitin sa pang-laba.
d. HINDI mananagot para sa anumang mga pagbabago, pagkasira, o pagkawala, ngunit hindi limitado sa:
(d.1) normal na proseso ng paglalaba;
(d.2) pagkawala ng mga butones o mga palamuti;
(d.3) mga bagay na naiwan sa loob ng mga bulsa;
(d.4) pag-urong;
(d.5) pagkupas. e. HINDI mag rerelease ng pinalabahan nang walang kaukulang Job Order Slip o tamang pagkakakilanlan.
2. Ang pananagutan ng iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. na may kinalaman sa kusa at sadyang pagkawala o pinsala sa inyong pinalabahan ay hindi maaring lalampas sa 10 ulit sa aming singil para sa pagproseso ng batch na kinapalooban ng lahat, parte o piraso ng labahin na nawala o napinsala maging anuman ang tatak, presyo o kondisyon nito.
3. Maaaring hindi matuyo ng mga dryer ng iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. ang mga tuwalya, pantalon, kumot, comforter at anumang iba pang makakapal na materyales at maaaring mangailangan ng karagdagang drying cycle na may kaukulang bayad.
4. Ang Customer ay responsible sa pag-inspeksyon sa kanilang mga labahin sa panahon na matanggap ni iLabamo Laundromat, Inc., at mag-ulat ng anumang pinsala o nawawalang labahin sa loob ng 24 na oras pagkatapos ng pagkuha. Ang pagkabigong gawin ito ay maaaring magresulta sa pagkawala ng mga karapatan sa pag-claim sa ilalim ng kasunduang ito.
5. Ang labahan na hindi nakolekta ng Customer sa loob ng tatlumpong araw (30 days) ay maaaring magkaroon ng bayad sa tagal ng pamamalagi nito. Ang anumang mga labahin na hindi nakolekta sa loob ng 90 araw simula sa petsa ng job order ay magiging pag-aari ng iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. at maaaring i-dispose sa anumang paraan na ipinasya ng iLabamo Laundromat, Inc.


Terms and Conditions

(1) iLabamo Laundromat, Inc.:
a. provides WASH, DRY, OR FOLD services based on batch and not on a per-piece manner.
b. has the right to refuse service if the laundry requires special supervision that is damaging to laundry machines, or may damage or reduce the quality of service.
c. will NOT be responsible for any damage sustained due to the natural effects of the washer, dryer, soap, or any product used in the garments. To avoid such incidents, please check or read the care guide of the garments and laundry products to be used.
d. will NOT be responsible for any changes, breakdowns, or losses, but not limited to: (a) normal laundry process; (b) loss of buttons or ornaments; (c) items left in the pockets; (d) retreat; (e) fading.
e. will NOT release the garments without the corresponding Job Order Slip or correct identification.
2. The liability of iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. in respect of any loss or damage arising from wilful intent or negligence to your garments whether part, piece or as a whole of the processed batch may not exceed 10 times our charge for processing the batch irregardless of its brand, price or condition.
3. iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. dryers may not be able to completely dry towels, pants, blankets, comforters and any other thick materials and may require an additional drying cycle with a corresponding additional fee.
4. The Customer is responsible for accounting their laundry at the time of iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. receipt and report any damage or missing garments within 24 hours after claiming their laundry. Failure to do so may result in the loss of claim rights under this agreement.
5. Laundry not collected by the Customer within thirty days (30 days) may have a fee for the duration of its stay. Any laundry not collected within 90 days beginning with the date of the job order shall become the property of iLabamo Laundromat, Inc. and may be disposed of in any manner decided by iLabamo Laundromat, Inc.
